We appreciate that you may have long-ago discarded the packaging that came with your computer so we will provide a packaging capsule free of charge when we collect your laptop that will protect your laptop whilst in transit. Once we have received your computer and inspected it we'll come back to you quickly and efficiently to tell you what the next step is and what costs you might expect to incur and when.
