Secure Collection & Delivery

Laptop Clinic provides at no extra charge to our customers secure collection of your laptop. We provide you with a specialist packaging crate to ensure the safe arrival of your laptop into our repair shop.

Our courier will arrive at your location with a special foam lined hard case crate for you to simply place your laptop into this , the return label is then placed onto the box and it arrives safely back with us the following day.

This professional collection service is provided as part of our £95 fixed fee.

Delivery using the same method is charged at £19.45 + vat

In order to ensure that your laptop is returned fully tested and working, ideally we need the following items sent with the laptop.

• Your Power  Adapter and Lead
• Any external device ie. external CD / DVD drive
• Any Password that maybe on the laptop ( We don't need any recovery discs or laptop bags)

Unlike other support companies we deal professionally with items that have sensitive information stored on them. With any item collected or returned to us we ensure that the appropriate security care is taken to protect customer's property and their data.
